How to add your Name and Completion Date
If you would like us to fill in your certificate for you please add your name and completion date to the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the Cart Page.
Certificate is great but would be nice to have the option for name and date of completion to be added to it as opposed to inserting ourselves.

Thank you for your review, and for the feed back. We wanted to include personalisation for this product, but the app that allows us to bundle the certificate with a badge does not allow us to pass the information through checkout. We will look into an alternative method though -even if it is just asking customers to email us after placing their order.
